Writing one poem for Sayori, causes the MC to fall asleep during the meeting. She then wakes you up. After a bit, the MC realizes that Sayori's blazer is never buttoned. This results to you buttoning it for Sayori. She teases you while you do this, then after you are done, she unbuttons it anyway, saying it felt uncomfortable for her. After that, Monika calls that it is time for poems. During the poem minigames, you must pick the most words that make Sayori happy. Only one poem is required to get this CG.
Writing one poem for Yuri will result in the MC reading a novel with Yuri. You pull up a desk and read a book that Yuri likes. Yuri holds the left side of the book while you hold the right. Then after a while, Monika calls everyone and says that it's time for poems. Yuri gives you the book to read at home, and says you both can continue the next day (if you do another poem for Yuri the next day.) During the poem minigames, you must pick the most words that make Yuri happy. Only one poem is required to get this CG.
Writing one poem for Natsuki will result the MC reading manga with Natsuki. At first, you help her find her missing book, then she sits underneath the window with her and she watches you read her manga. You then ask if she has shown others, and to Natsuki gets upset, due to her friends always making fun of her liking of manga. Then after a while, Monika calls everyone for poems, and teases Natsuki for being incredibly close to the MC. Then, she gives you the manga and says that they could start the second volume tomorrow (if you do another poem for Natsuki the next day.) During the poem minigames, you must pick the most words that make Natsuki happy. Only one poem is required to get this CG.
The next day, if you write another poem for Sayori, you will follow her to another classroom, looking for materials. After she finds crayons, she bangs her head off a shelf and falls to the ground. The MC then goes outside to find her some juice to put on her bump. She drinks some of it, then puts it on her bump. Sayori tries getting up and immediately feels pain. The MC then helps her back to the classroom. Monika asks how it was, and Sayori tells her what she did. After that, it's time to share poems. During the poem minigames, you must pick the most words that make Sayori happy. Two poems to Sayori are required to get this CG.
If you write another poem for Natsuki, you try to help her get the manga collection, which Monika had to move to the top shelf. The MC offers to help her, but Natsuki is stubborn and says she can get it herself. She tries to reach for it but fails. So she grabs a chair, and stands on it to try and get the manga box. She asks the MC to sturdy the chair. As a result, you accidentally look up her skirt. When Natsuki retrieves the box on top of the chair, Natsuki realizes what happens and gets embarrased, causing the MC, Natsuki, and the manga box to fall down. Natsuki falls down on the MC, and one of her manga gets creased. Natsuki starts crying, and the MC tries to comfort her. Natsuki thanks the MC for being nice to her. Then poem sharing starts. During the poem minigames, you must pick the most words that make Natsuki happy. Two poems to Natsuki are required to get this CG.
If you write another poem for Yuri, you read the same book from yesterday, but this time, on the floor. Yuri then asks you to get tea with her, when Monika interjects, Yuri gets upset and says that isn't her problem. And then goes to get the tea with the MC. Yuri then says that wasn't the nicest thing to do. The MC tries to reassure her, and Yuri complements you saying thank you for being so nice. After returning to the clubroom, the MC offers Yuri chocolate, which ends with the chocolate being stuffed in Yuri's face. Before anything else happens, Monika announces that it's time for poems. During the poem minigames, you must pick the most words that make Yuri happy. Two poems to Yuri are required to get this CG.
During the festival preparation, you have two choices (the Sayori and Monika options aren't a real choice.) Natsuki or Yuri. Choosing Yuri will result in her coming over your house on Sunday to work on the festival banner. To start, you and Yuri cut ribbons. Yuri takes out a pocket knife and starts to cut the ribbons. Yuri then tells you that she has a slight obsession with knives. After a while, the MC gets paint on her face, which causes the CG of the MC wiping off the paint. When you get to choose which girl to help (Natsuki or Yuri), pick Yuri.
During the festival preparation, you have two choices (the Sayori and Monika options aren't a real choice.), Natsuki or Yuri. Choosing Natsuki will result in her coming over your house on Sunday to bake cupcakes. The two set down the supplies for baking, and then start. They then finish making the icing. Natsuki tries to playfully get some icing on his face, but the MC stops it and pins her against the wall. Natsuki then starts laughing, and the MC eats the icing off of Natsuki's finger. She then stares at you saying you shouldn't do that to girls unless you really like the girl. That is where you get this CG of Natsuki pinned against the wall. When you get to choose which girl to help (Natsuki or Yuri), pick Natsuki.
After you finish either making the banner with Yuri, or finish baking the cupcakes with Natsuki, Sayori will show up at your house right before they leave. Sayori said that her curiosity got the best of her and wanted to see what you and whatever girl you picked was doing. She then gets upset and said that even though this is what she wanted for you, she feels like her heart was splitting in half. She then says she loves you so much more than she does. If you want this CG, pick "I love you." Clicking "I will always be your best friend." will result in her crying on the sidewalk. When Sayori confesses to you, you must click "I love you."
When you see Yuri killed herself, Monika then deletes Yuri and Natsuki, and resets the game. Then you wake up in this classroom with her. There's no way to "unlock this." You need to play through the game and get to Act 3 (The 2nd time the game "resets.") Play through the base game, and get to Act 3.

Secrets[]

Secrets, presented to you in-game as "Special Poems", are chosen at random when a new game of DDLC is started.

There are 11 Special Poems to unlock, with 3 poems being shown at random during Act 2 of the game. However, 2 poems (a glitched Monika and a different version of “Hxppy Thxughts”.) don’t count.

The 10th picture in the secrets category is unlocked by exiting and reopening DDLC through the in-game desktop during Act 2. This has a 1 in 64 chance of happening, so you may have to attempt this multiple times. You will know you've unlocked it when you are greeted with creepy, distorted music and the word "END" replacing the Team Salvato and Serenity Forge logos.

Image Description Acquisition Procedure
The description here is simple yet creepy. The poem says "Can you hear me?" then after clicking off, you are greeted by giggling before returning from whatever point you were interrupted by the special poem. This could be Monika because she is the only girl with a confirmed voice, or Yuri. The voice sounds a lot like a matured voice.
While a lot of this is blanked out, the few words you can see is "nothingisreal?" The full poem says this:

"Irregular heartbeat. Heart palpitations. Arrhythmia. I search and search, eyes scanning everything I can find on their symptoms. What is this? Shortness of breath? Chest pain? Dizziness? No. This is all wrong. Elyssa's symptoms are nowhere near this simple. I've seen it twice now. The screams of pain. Sickeningly pale skin. Vomiting blood. There is no other explanation, other than that Renier's information was a complete and utter lie. This can't all be coincidence. It's not possible. I don't know how much of this Renier is behind. But I do know this: There is something horribly wrong with this family. And I accepted the invitation to become a part of it.

I can hear Elyssa's screams through the walls now. I listen helplessly. Renier said that he would be with her shortly. Is he in her room now? Why is she screaming even louder than before?" It is unknown who wrote this.

This poem says that an unidentified girl (presumably Monika) has cut herself for the first time. Claiming that it was exhilarating. Then stating that she thinks she knows how "a name" feels. Then saying she can't do that because she is the responsible one, only if she decided to kill herself, and left a blood stain. While we can't confirm who wrote this poem, looking through the files the anonymous name is Yuri.
This poem starts off with the words "Stare at the dot to reveal a special message." After 10 seconds, the text "I love you" will show up. It is currently unknown who actually wrote this poem, and there's no hints on who it could be.
This poem says that a girl brought a boy into a club. Said girl loved him very much. Said girl spend more time with the said boy. Said girl realized that she loved said boy. Which she hated. So the script broke to pieces, and she killed herself just in time.

This represents Sayori and the MC (Main Character) in Act 1. Sayori falls in love with you, and admits to you when you are about to escort either Natsuki or Yuri out of your house. Sayori then interrupts whoever you are incredibly close with, while either one of them leave after getting startled by Sayori. She then admits to you. If you reject her, she cries on the floor and hangs herself the next day. If you say you love her, you embrace her and find her dead next day. While whoever wrote it, isn't confirmed. It is assumed to be Monika due to her sentience and her straight up telling you that she caused Sayori to kill herself in Act 3.

The poem is about someone sleeping over at a friends house, they eventually dose off and are in a dream. In the dream, this person sees the wall full of nails, and a unknown figure. The person then told a joke, then the person dreaming woke to everyone laughing. The person dreaming then wondered how and why they were all laughing at that time.
This poem is about what a certain girl likes about her dad. She likes when her Papa comes home early, cooks her dinner, gives her allowance, spends time with her, asks her about her friends, asks her literally anything, gives her lunch money, comes home before sundown, cooks, gives her privacy, doesn't tell her how to dress, doesn't comment on her friends and hobbies, comes home without waking her up, keeps food in the house, uses his inside voice, leaves her stuff alone, accidentally drops coins in the couch, too tired to notice her, and when he is too tired to do anything. The last line is repeated and awkwardly spaced out. This poem is written by Natsuki. Various hints are given to find this out. For instance, if you want to write poems to Natsuki, the option "Papa" is for her, Monika commenting that Natsuki doesn't get much food in Act 2, and saying "My dad would beat the sh*t out of me if he found this."
The poem is very simple. It says that the girl can't convince herself to go to therapy when she is too happy and rather hide this until she is dragged to the hospital. This is assumed to be Yuri, for the therapy and hospitality. Yuri has a very addictive self-harm problem and refuses to get help after meeting the MC.
The poem is about a girl writing about a dream. She was lost and wanted to go home. She then came upon a empty room, and then the ground disappears and she falls. She then ends up drowning. It is unknown who wrote this, and no hints of who it could be.
This screen has a 1/64 percent chance of showing up when the game is launched in Act 2. Nothing is interactable with the only option being to turn off the application, which will cause the game to idle, then immediately zoom in on Monika. After 10 seconds, the game will shut off.
